HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?
If you purchased a product from our online store and upon receiving it, identified a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to an exchange or return.

Dissatisfaction with the Product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt date.
Defective Product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt date. For defects such as a product with a damaged screen or glass, visible scratches, or missing parts, the customer must activate the warranty within 24 hours after receipt, including images of the received package. If contact is made after this period, we will consider that the issue may have been caused by misuse.
Return Rules:
- All items in the return request must be sent by the customer.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, which must be in perfect condition, without any damage that would prevent the resale of the product.
- The product must not show signs of use.
- All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact and accompany the product.
- In some cases, photos or videos of the defective product may be requested for internal analysis.
- If the above conditions are not met, the return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs: Except in cases of defective products, the shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Limited Warranty: Our warranty does not cover aesthetic damages that occur after purchase, such as broken screens.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Damage caused by fluids.
- Damage resulting from repair attempts by the customer or third parties.
- Improper use of accessories.
- Normal wear and tear from use.
- Acceptable reduction in battery life.
- Tests to verify product resistance.
REFUND OPTIONS:
When requesting a return, you can choose to:
- Exchange for another product available in our stock.
- Receive a refund of the amount paid for the products (shipping is not refunded if the delivered product is correct and in perfect condition).
REFUND FOR ORDER DELAY:
If delivery exceeds the time stipulated in our policies (60 business days from the order's shipping date), you are entitled to request a FULL refund of the amount paid, without any deduction of fees. The refund will be processed AUTOMATICALLY within 30 days of the request.
REFUND METHODS:
- Credit Card: A refund will be issued on the same card used for the purchase.
- PIX: The refund will be made directly to the bank account used by the customer to make the PIX payment.
